“Pure Nude Yoga – Barefoot Yogini Part 1” & Barefoot Yogini Part 2 features the young and flexible yogini Lulu as she gracefully moves through a series of basic yoga asanas in a tranquil garden setting. Calming instructions educate and inspire throughout the session.

Yogini Lulu has been practicing yoga for several years and is experienced in Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga poses and practices. In this lesson, Yogini Lulu guides us through a warm up and ground work to engage the core and strengthening. Her yoga flow also strives for calmness, and being centered, ideal for beginning practitioners.
